Eat Pork Meat for Potent Erections – Receipe Included

Pork Meat and a very Potent Erection has something in common. Where I come from Pork meat is not the best of choice meats. Ever since I discovered how it can revitalize my man, I have healthily included it in our diet.

Read along with me as I prove my point which says consuming Pork meat will make you have stronger erections when the time comes calling.

What’s Pork Meat?

Alot of people don’t eat beef because they consider it unhealthy.  Though that is a lie but story for another day. Pork is the meat of the domestic pig (Sus domesticus).  They prefer to eat white meat, that’s  turkey, chicken, and fish. I am adding pork to the list of white meat today.

Pork tenderloin has less fat than a chicken breast.

Pork is rich in Vitamin B1

How is it connected to the mans’ Penis?

The penis is co-ordinated from the neurons. Pork is rich in Thiamine also known as Vitamin B1. The Vitamin B1 help to maintain a healthy nervous system.

The protein content of lean, cooked pork is around 26% by fresh weight.

By dry weight, the protein content of lean pork can be as high as 89%, making it one of the richest dietary sources of protein.

It contains all the essential amino acids necessary for the growth and maintenance of our bodies. In fact, meat is one of the most complete dietary sources of protein.

Eating pork, may be of particular benefit for bodybuilders, recovering athletes, post-surgical patients, or other people who need to build up or repair their muscles.

Health Benefits of Pork

With age, maintaining muscle mass is an important health consideration. Without exercise and proper diet, muscle mass naturally degenerates with age, an adverse change that is associated with many age-related health problems.

In the most severe cases, muscle wasting may lead to a condition called sarcopenia, which is characterized by very low levels of muscle mass and decreased quality of life. Sarcopenia is most common among elderly people.

High-quality protein, containing all of the essential amino acids, is very important for the maintenance of muscle mass, especially when coupled with strength training.

  • Improved Exercise Performance

Meat consumption is not only beneficial for the maintenance of muscle mass, it may also improve muscle function and physical performance.

Aside from being rich in high-quality protein, animal muscles (meat) contain a variety of healthy nutrients that are beneficial for our own muscles. These include taurine, creatine, and beta-alanine.

Beta-alanine is an amino acid, which is used to produce carnosine in the bod

Alternatives to pork

If you do not like pork, you should get B vitamins from whole-meal bread and beans.  Which is required for quick nervous reflexes. Your nervous system plays a major role in giving you hard and sustained erection.

Draw Backs

Pork is often eaten unprocessed, but cured (preserved) pork products are also very common. These include smoked pork, ham, bacon and sausages.

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 medium onion
  • Finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely sliced
  • 2 x 400g cans plum tomatoes
  • 1 lemon , zested and cut into wedges
  • 500g pork mince
  • 2 tsp fennel seeds
  • 250g kale
  • 25g pine nuts, toasted crusty bread or mashed potato, to serve (optional)

In a medium pan, heat 1 tbsp of the oil over a medium heat.

Add the onion and garlic to the pan and cook for 5 mins.

Tip in the tomatoes with a splash of water,

increase the heat and allow to bubble for 15 mins.
Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine the lemon zest, mince, fennel seeds and a good pinch of seasoning.

Mix well, then shape into walnut-sized balls.

Heat the remaining oil in a lidded frying pan over a medium heat.

Add the meatballs and brown for 5 mins, then pour the tomato sauce into the pan.

Simmer for 10 mins, then add the kale, cover with a lid and cook for 5 mins more until wilted.

Season to taste, and scatter over the pine nuts. Serve with the lemon wedges, for squeezing over, and crusty bread or mash, if you like.

You can prepare your pork how best you like it. But ensure is properly cooked.

Bacon and other cured meats often contain sodium and other preservatives, such as nitrates, that may raise blood pressure or increase your risk for cancer. To limit your risk, choose fresh meats or packaged products that contain no preservatives—typically labeled “all-natural”—whenever possible.

High-quality protein is the main nutritional component of pork, making it useful for muscle growth and maintenance.

I write about Men's health, Relationships etc. Love is the greatest thing in all the world. Sex an expression of love and exposure to the inner realm of the human spirit. honorable in marriages and destructive when done outside wedlock. A big reason I want to write about Men's health is because we have gone through a rough time as couples. We couldn't find any advice online and friends and counselors kept the talk out of the prep.
